When the final acts of Britain’s treasonous MP’s are defeated by the will of the people, Britain will have to decide between aligning itself with the US, and Europe. This was the conclusion of a comment in the ‘Times’ of London, by Matthew Paris, Saturday August 24, and he was right.
It will largely be decided by the acrimonious attitude of the Europeans I believe, because, in their resentment at Britain leaving, they will refuse to co-operate in the difficult financial period which will follow.
Hosea 5:13-15, ‘When Ephraim saw his sickness and Judah his wound, then Ephraim turned to Assyria and sent to the great king. But he cannot cure you or heal your wound. For I am like a lion to Ephraim and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, even I, will tear them to pieces and then go away. I will carry them off where no one can rescue them. Then I will return to My place until they admit their guilt and seek My face; in their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.”
Why is God so angry with Britain?
Hosea 4:1-6, ‘ Hear the word of the LORD, O children of Israel, for the LORD has a case against the people of the land: “There is no truth, no loving devotion, and no knowledge of God in the land! Cursing and lying, murder and stealing, and adultery are rampant; one act of bloodshed follows another. Therefore the land mourns, and all who dwell in it will waste away with the beasts of the field and the birds of the air; even the fish of the sea disappear. But let no man contend; let no man offer reproof; for your people are like those who contend with a priest. You will stumble by day, and the prophet will stumble with you by night. So I will destroy your mother—My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you as My priests. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children.’
Britain is still largely Ephraim, one of the ‘lost’ 10 tribes of Israel, along with her brother nation, the US. Thus it is not hard to see why Britain will choose to align itself with its big brother, for its days of Empire are long gone and it cannot match the new global players on the world stage, alone.
Sadly, that choice, long predicted in the Bible, will only result in a delayal of God’s punishment, for the US (Manasseh) has also acted wickedly, and spread oppression and corruption among the nations,(Read Revelation18). God will also bring America down for her sins and Britain will then be so closely tied to her that she too will fall, and World War 3 and invasion will follow for both, removing the world’s policeman completely, and ushering in the final 7 years of this age, which will see the emergence of a European Beast Power with world-wide ambitions.
Isaiah 10:5-7,
‘Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger; the staff in their hands is My wrath. I will send him against a godless nation; I will dispatch him against a people destined for My rage, to take spoils and seize plunder, and to trample them down like clay in the streets. But this is not his intention; this is not his plan. For it is in his heart to destroy and cut off many nations.’
We are seeing the fulfilment of events which have been continually predicted and expounded by this site and others fo many decades. These events are clicking into place inevitably and will finally conclude with the defeat of the Beast at the return of Jesus Christ, and the Battle of Armageddon. The need to repent and gain God’s protection during those years, has never been greater.
