Jesus Christ warned that before His return, His Church would become spiritually sleepy. Matthew 25:1-10. God is trying to waken us up, because He does not want His people to suffer the awful pain of the coming Tribulation, Matthew 24:21-22, ‘For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved [alive]. But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.’ That 7 year Tribulation is now almost here, near enough that some of us will likely enter it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It will come upon us because of our evil choices, our rejection of God’s laws. How many of us, for example, can say we even try<\/em> to keep the Ten Commandments? Very, very few, and we even parade with pride , or enjoy the parade of blatant perversions, and accept as normal the killing of millions of our unborn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So now God is making us aware that He can deliver punishment, and we have been given just a foretaste with the CORONA virus, but it hasn’t sunk in, because we have become so far from God. He may try again before the Tribulation, as what the Bible calls “”the beginning<\/strong> of sorrows”” , Matthew 24:8 , but God will also miraculously warn each one of us personally, of our need to repent, for His Kingdom is coming soon and a time of judgement during the Tribulation. That message will be delivered by an Angel, to the amazement of the world, Revelation 14: 6-7, ‘Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth–to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, “”Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.””‘<\/p>\n\n\n\n Don’t ever say you weren’t warned – you don’t need to risk your life by ignoring God’s warnings. Just turn from evil and begin to keep God’s Laws, for if you break them they will eventually break you.
